Located in downtown Iowa City, the Vogel House Apartments are steps from the Pentacrest and the Old Capitol. The building has loft style apartments ranging from 600 to 900 square feet.

Each apartment is equipped with high speed DSL lines. Each has a wall of glass with commanding views. The apartments are fully furnished, unless otherwise requested by the tenant. Kitchen appliances include disposal, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and stove.

A Security system allows tenants to be contacted by intercom from the main entry, and allows tenants to unlock the front door remotely from each apartment.

2008 rents: one bedroom $995; two story penthouse units range from $1,225 to 1,380.
