A Security system allows tenants to be contacted by intercom from the main entry, and allows tenants to unlock the front door remotely from each apartment.

There is a laundry facility on the 6th floor of the building with a balcony.

Pets are allowed with permission of landlord and a nonrefundable one time fee of $175.00.

2010 rents for one bedroom studios and efficiencies range from $815 to $930. Two story penthouse units range from $1,240 to 1,325.
