Built in the 1930's as Iowa City's first luxury apartment house, this stately building is nestled in the woods at the east end of Iowa Avenue, east of the Old Capitol. Woodlawn offers a tranquil setting on a creek, with a private yard and is within walking and biking distance to campus.

Woodlawn has 17 unique apartments with a mix of efficiency, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. The apartments have hard wood floors and large, airy windows. On-site parking, heat and water is included in the rent. There is a laundry facility in the building. Pets are allowed with permission.
